From ambitious growth goals to a shared 12-month direction.
Anatomedia wanted to bring its team together to shape the strategy for the next 12 months. The business was exploring how to achieve greater growth—including the possibility of a strategic partnership or acquisition—and needed space to generate new ideas and align around the way forward.
I designed and facilitated a strategy day that helped the team step away from day-to-day delivery, explore different growth pathways and have the conversations needed to get on the same page.
The session combined structured discussion, collaborative problem-solving and practical decision-making—helping the team turn broad ambitions into a shared direction for the year ahead.

Funding secured. Program delivered.
As Project Manager and Head of Education Programs at Scale Investors, I led a national women's leadership and development initiative focused on increasing female entrepreneurs' access to capital.
The work spanned curriculum development, an online learning platform, participant recruitment, expert contributors, branding, facilitation, stakeholder management and reporting.
I was responsible for the whole project—turning the funding commitment and delivery requirements into a complete national program.

From a rough concept to a complete investor education program.
I helped turn that initial concept into VC Fundamentals—a structured online program for those at the early stages of their venture investing journey.
My role included shaping the program structure and learning journey, designing the curriculum, building applied activities and simulations, integrating expert content, developing the online learning experience and facilitating the program.
My broader work with WADE Institute has included the design and facilitation of programs across venture capital, innovation and entrepreneurship.
